Corneal Topography

Corneal topography (CT) allows us to very accurately map the contours of the cornea, the little window covering the coloured (iris) part of the eye.

This is a useful tool for diagnosing irregular corneal conditions and assessing tear film quality in dry eye patients.

CT also allows us to more accurately fit our patients with contact lenses and particularly patients with keratoconus that require more complex curve matching to achieve a good visual outcome.
