Our Story

Vision North Eyecare aims to provide the highest quality eyecare at every stage of life. Previously known as Vision @ Broadway and Vision @ Mill Park (and before then, Broadway Eyecare), our team priorities your family’s eye health and strives to exceed your expectations with the highest quality eyewear solutions.

Committed to Progressive Eyecare

Eyecare is more than just about vision and glasses. Our experienced optometrists are committed to staying up to date with the latest research and technological advances. Both practice locations are equipped with optical coherence tomography, visual field analysis, corneal topograpy, pacchymetry, biometry and digital slit lamp biomicropscopic photography – just to mention a few. We work closely with local ophthalmological colleagues (eye specialists) and GPs allowing our patients to benefit from these relationships.

Specialised Eyecare

We offer a broad range of clinical optometry including:

• Paediatric optometry; we see all children including infants, and manage all conditions such as ambylopia and strabismus
• Myopia management; our myopia management clinic offers a comprehensive suite of options such as special glasses, soft and hard contact lenses and eye drops to help to reduce any progression. We offer biometry to measure the axial length of the eye which provides an objective measurement of myopia progression
• Orthokeratology; these are hard night time moulds which gently flatten the cornea and allow correction of myopia in the day time without any glasses
• Behavioural optometry including vision information processing testing and vision therapy (in office, and Amblyoplay iPad or computer based)
• Keratoconus management and contact lens fitting; we offer rigid gas permeable lens fitting including keratoconic lenses and scleral contact lenses
• Complex spectacle needs including high prescriptions and required prism
• Glaucoma assessment and co-management
