If you have a valid Medicare card, we will endeavour to bulk bill your eye examination wherever possible.

If you are not eligible to be bulk billed, a consultation fee of $75 applies, and you will receive the Medicare rebate back. Some additional tests—such as Optos ultra-wide imaging, optical coherence tomography (OCT), biometry, visual training, and vision information processing assessments—may incur a separate fee. Your optometrist will always explain and discuss these options with you if they are recommended.
